Valve Basics 101 & 201

VMA has developed virtual, on-demand training courses to provide new industry employees with the fundamental knowledge of valves, actuators, and controls to hit the ground running. This non-proprietary introduction to valves and related equipment is an affordable solution to a common training problem. Presented in a two-part series, Valve Basics 101 and Valve Basics 201, each training consists of six 60 to 90-minute lessons. The Valves 101 program covers the major valve types, including linear, check, quarter-turn, and pressure-relief, plus actuation basics. The Valves 201 program is offered for those who want to take the next step in learning about critical flow control products, including actuators, controls, automation, and more.
