Curtiss-Wright Acquires Two Product Lines from Amidyne Group

Curtiss-Wright Flow Control has acquired the Versatile Measuring Instruments (VMI)  and Lisle-Metrix (L-M)  product lines from the Amidyne Group for approximately $7 million.
