Rotork Reports 2011 Full Year Results

Rotork Controls reported record revenue and operating
profit, with double-digit growth in both. They also achieved record adjusted
operating margins of 33.1%. The growth was broad based, with offices in each
region - the Americas, the Far East and Europe - all making progress in
aggregate.
Divisional revenue grew 14.2% in the year to £278.0m and
with order intake increasing by 17.4%, the year end order book grew by 6.4%.
Removing the contribution from acquisitions and restating this year at 2010
exchange rates, revenue growth was 13.8% and order intake growth 15.9%. More...
