Spirax Sarco Reducing its Industrial Energy Intensity Over the Next Decade

Spirax Sarco has recognized that the United States industrial sector accounts for more than 30% of the energy used nationwide and 27% of the country’s carbon emissions. The government has made major mandates to improve energy efficiency and enhance the country’s energy security and strengthen the American economy.

To support this effort to save energy, Spirax Sarco joined the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Save Energy Now LEADER program and made a voluntary pledge to reduce its industrial energy intensity, at its U.S. headquarters’ by 25% over the next 10 years. More...
