Rotork Plc announces the
purchase of all the share capital of K-Tork International Inc.
Based in Dallas, K-Tork International Inc is a well
established manufacturer of pneumatic vane actuators and damper drive systems,
serving a wide range of industries and utilities.
K-Tork products complement and enhance Rotork’s existing
actuation portfolio and provide an important additional product offering for
