Emerson Process Management, a business of Emerson, has
acquired Net Safety Monitoring, Inc., a global leader in the design,
development and manufacture of fixed toxic and combustible gas detectors, flame
detectors, safety systems, and other safety and security products. The acquisition expands Emerson’s
capabilities to provide comprehensive process controls and safety monitoring
