Flowserve Purchases the Assets and Ongoing Operations of FEDD Wireless LLC

Flowserve Corp. announced it has purchased the assets of FEDD Wireless LLC, a small, privately owned wireless data acquisition company based in Houston. Flowserve will assume certain ongoing operational responsibilities of FEDD Wireless LLC, including existing equipment, related intellectual property and business personnel.
