Curtiss-Wright Acquires Douglas Equipment Ltd.

Curtiss-Wright Corporation announced that it has acquired
the assets of Douglas Equipment Ltd. for approximately $20 million in cash. The
business will become part of Curtiss-Wright's Flow Control segment.
With sales of approximately $28 million in 2010, Douglas
employs 135 people and is headquartered in Cheltenham, U.K., with two
additional locations at Heathrow Airport, and a U.S. sales and service office
in Atlanta, GA. More…
