VMA Committees, including the Education and Training, Marketing and Communications, Manufacturing, Technical, Government Affairs, and others, met earlier this week to discuss how each Committee supports VMA’s strategic plan, and to identify new projects and services that VMA could work on to expand member benefits.
There were a lot of overlapping ideas and suggestions between committees, especially in areas around developing and telling the valve industry story to stakeholders, providing expert education and knowledge to the marketplace, addressing workforce issues, and working on emerging issues.
