Flowserve Reports Full Year and Fourth Quarter 2010 Results

Flowserve’s Flow Control Division (FCD) bookings for the
fourth quarter of 2010 were $327.8 million, an increase of $36.6 million, up
12.6%, or 16.0% excluding negative currency effects of approximately $10
million. Bookings for the full year 2010 were $1.31 billion, an increase of
$108.3 million, up 9.0%, or 10.2% excluding negative currency effects of
approximately $14 million. Valbart provided bookings of $38.1 million and $54.6
million for the fourth quarter and full year, respectively. FCD sales for the
fourth quarter of 2010 were $360.1 million, an increase of $50.1 million, up
16.2%, or 20.0% excluding negative currency effects of approximately $12
million. Sales for the full year 2010 were $1.20 billion, a decrease of $5.7
million, down 0.5%, or up 1.1% excluding negative currency effects of
approximately $19 million. Valbart provided sales of $25.9 million and $38.3
million for the fourth quarter and full year, respectively.
