Flowserve Announces Preferred Supplier Agreement with Shell

Flowserve Corp. has signed a sole source agreement with Shell for control valves and related instrumentation. According to this Enterprise Framework Agreement, which was signed in the fourth quarter of 2010, Flowserve has been selected as the sole source provider for general service control valves covering upstream and downstream operations for both capital projects and maintenance, repair and operations services.
