Mueller Water Products Reports Fiscal Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2010 Results

Mueller Water Products, Inc. reported net sales for the
2010 fourth quarter were $346.7 million, down 7.5 percent compared to $374.8
million for the 2009 fourth quarter. Excluding the 2009 fourth quarter net
sales of two divested Anvil businesses, net sales for the 2010 fourth quarter
increased 1.1 percent year-over-year.
Income from operations for the 2010 fourth quarter was
$14.1 million compared to income from operations of $12.9 million for the 2009
fourth quarter. Adjusted income from operations for the 2010 fourth quarter was
$15.4 million compared to adjusted income from operations of $14.8 million for
the 2009 fourth quarter. More…
