Cameron’s Valves and Measurement Group Completes Restructuring

Cameron has completed a major restructuring of its Valves and Measurement (V&M) group. The restructuring includes the formation of a new division, Flow Management Solutions (FMS), and combines two existing divisions, Engineered Valves and Process Valves, into one.

The Flow Management Solutions division will focus on complete customer solutions through the product life-cycle, with dedicated support to the group’s major customer alliances. Additionally, the new division will be the single point of sales and operational support for customers and projects in the high growth emerging markets – Brazil, Russia, India, China, Nigeria, and Iraq.

The Engineered and Process Valves (EPV) division provides a broad portfolio of critical service valves used in oil and gas production, processing, and refining, and leverages technology and common processes across the market segments.

The Distributed Valves Division (DSV) and the Measurement Systems Division (FLO) remain unchanged as separate divisions within V&M. More…
