PSB Acquires Mikron Valve & Manufacturing

PSB Industries Inc. has concluded its acquisition of Mikron Valve & Manufacturing Inc. The merger will be implemented immediately and is expected to be in normal time of transition without any disruption to the operation of Mikron’s manufacturing, supply or customer support functions.

Mikron is a manufacturer of custom High Performance High Pressure Ball Valves, the Miller line of Stream Flow Check Valves and specializes in precision machining. Mikron’s Valves are used in the chemical, water, oil and gas industries. Mikron is ISO9001:2000 certified and holds the American Petroleum Institute (API) certification.

PSB is a leading designer and manufacturer of dehydration and purification equipment. Packaged valve skids operate through out the world in refinery, petrochemical, air separation and fuel gas plants. PSB also specializes in the fabrication and assembly of specialized industrial products. PSB is ISO9001:2000, ASME Section I / SectionVIII certified and is scheduled for their ASME Section III Nuclear audit March of this year.
