Technetics Joins Garlock Sealing Technologies

EnPro Industries announced that it has acquired Technetics Corporation, a leading manufacturer of abradable seals, brush seals and acoustic products for turbines used in aerospace and power generation applications. The transaction was completed for cash; terms were not disclosed.
