Crane Co. Acquires Westlock Controls from Emerson

Crane Co. has acquired Westlock Controls from Emerson for cash consideration of $40 million. Westlock manufactures and sells switchboxes, position transmitters and other solutions for networking, monitoring and controlling process valves.
