Flow Control Corp. in Farmingdale, NY received a $47.5 million
indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract for electric valve operator
(EVO) assemblies and associated technical data to replace existing EVO units
and manifold bonnet assemblies used on JP-5 jet fuel storage tank manifolds...
The company
is retrofitting all of the pumping station valves on the US Navy’s aircraft carrier
fleet. Additionally, the company has identified a number of auxiliary ship
systems and ship classes that could benefit from its automated, sealed solenoid
