Tyco Flow Control's Sempell AG Receives 'Top AREVA Supplier' Award

Control announced that the company's Germany-based Sempell AG, a leading
provider of nuclear valve products worldwide, accepted the "Top AREVA
Supplier" designation at a ceremony in Berlin on July 1. AREVA, a world
energy expert in nuclear power generation, electricity transmission and
distribution, recognized their vital relationship with Sempell AG, and their
mutual commitment to innovation, reliability and quality in the power industry.
