Controls International Grants Filter Magic Rights to Industrial Control Systems

Controls International, Inc. (CII) granted the Filter Magic exclusive sales, marketing and intellectual property rights to Industrial Control Systems, Inc. (ICS). Filter Magic is a system used to control the water production in small, medium and large water treatment plants. Filter Magic was granted US Patent #7,319,921 B2 Water Treatment Control System.
CII developed Filter Magic in 2002 to introduce bus-network power and communication technology to the municipal marketplace. Additionally, the system employs break-through valve actuator technology that is unmatched in performance and reliability – both of which are key factors for the municipal water production industry.
According to Rand Underwood, CEO of Controls International, Inc., "The partnership with ICS will expand the reach and capability of Filter Magic system drastically. ICS has the expertise to integrate the system into water treatment facilities seamlessly and will be building sales channels to maximize Filter Magic opportunities." More…
