PTM Limited Joins Garlock Sealing Technologies

EnPro Industries announced the acquisition of PTM Limited, a privately-owned manufacturer and distributor of sealing products with two locations in the United Kingdom. PTM will operate as part of Garlock Limited, a unit of EnPro's Garlock Sealing Technologies business. The acquisition was completed for cash. Terms were not disclosed.
PTM provides gaskets and custom sealing solutions to the pharmaceutical industry and other industries throughout the United Kingdom. The company operates facilities in Stockport, Greater Manchester and Wrexham, North Wales. More...
