REXA Electraulic Actuation to Separate from Koso America Inc.

Effective June 1st, REXA Electraulic Actuation will officially separate from the Koso America corporate entity. For years, Koso America has operated and manufactured REXA Electraulic actuators & drives alongside Koso Hammel Dahl control valves. Though both serve the industrial controls market, the two primarily operate as separate organizations. The REXA actuator business will operate as a new legal entity – REXA Inc. Koso America Inc. will continue as the legal entity and manufacturer of Koso Hammel Dahl control valves and Koso Severe Service. More...
