All of the employees at Richard Industries in Cincinnati “were given financial incentives to sign up for the HumanaVitality wellness program, which has reduced absenteeism and resulted in workers being more productive,” Cheryl Neiheisel, vice president for human resources at Richards, told the Cincinnati Business Courier.
