Distributor Thorco Holdings LLC Announces Acquisition

Thorco Holdings, LLC (Thorco) has been acquired by Y-T Holdco, LLC, a holding company formed in partnership with the management of Thorco by PCP Management Company and Imperial Private Equity. In the third quarter of 2013, Y-T Holdco also completed the acquisition of Young Oil Tools, a company that designs, manufactures and sells check valves and repair sleeves primarily to the oil and gas industry.
