QTRCO Announces Executive Promotions

The QTRCO Board of Directors has agreed to promote former COO Shawn Hughes to the position of CEO. Former CEO Ed Holtgraver’s new title is Chairman and Chief Technical Officer. In addition, the board has elected Steve Bursmith to join the Board of Directors.

 

"While I will continue to actively contribute, these changes will provide a strong leadership base upon which the future will be built,” said Holtgraver.
