Curtiss-Wright Reaches Agreement with IBEW, Concluding Strike

Curtiss-Wright Corp. said Tuesday a strike by 300 IBEW
workers at its Flow Control segment's Electro-Mechanical Division (EMD)
facility in Cheswick, PA, has concluded and union members have begun to return
to work. As anticipated, this strike will have a significant adverse
impact on Curtiss-Wright's financial results for fiscal 2012 and the company
