EXHIBITOR POLICIES
Read VMA/VRC's exhibitor rules and regulations here. All participants in any VMA/VRC meeting/event must adhere to the VMA/VRC antitrust policy. You can find a copy of the antitrust policy here.
RATES & LAYOUT
Exhibit fees include one six-foot undraped table, two chairs, and two exhibitor booth personnel registrations (with access to the Monday evening Welcome Reception, and the Tuesday breakfast, lunch, and breaks). The exhibit fee does NOT include access to the conference programming of Networking Night Out event.
