The VMA and VRC Annual Business Meetings will also take place during this event, and a curated spouse/guest program is offered.

While the event is geared toward senior leaders, all member company representatives are encouraged to attend — and discounted rates are available for companies registering multiple attendees. The meeting begins at 1 PM on Monday, October 13, and concludes with the Gala Membership Awards Dinner on Wednesday evening. Enjoy expert-led sessions on key industry topics and high-value networking, and local activities — all designed with our member community in mind.

To register:

1. Sign in to your profile using the "Sign In" button at the top right of the vma.org page.
2. If you don't yet have a profile, create one here using your company and email address. Confirmation will be send within 48 business hours.
3. Once signed in, return to this page and click Register.
4. If you're registering a spouse/guest, first complete your own registration, then add them as an additional attendee.

Before you register, please review the Annual Meeting Registration Policies and VMA Antitrust Policy. You will be asked to acknowledge both during checkout.
