The VMA/VRC Annual Meeting Program Committee is already working to put together an educational program for 2019. Covering a wide range of topics including the ever popular industry outlook, the VMA Annual Meeting is a “must attend” for VMA/VRC members.


Additionally, a social program including golf, tennis, and other outdoor activities for both attendees and spouses/guests will be available.



VMA and VRC professionals from all company divisions. We encourage leadership to bring the company's "next generation."

The VMA Annual Meeting is open to VMA and VRC members only. Early bird available until August 23.

All registration fees include General Session Education Programs, Meet and Greet Reception, Continental Breakfasts, Spouse/Guest Opening Event, Coffee Breaks, Informal Dinner and Reception, Friday Morning Breakfast Speaker, and Closing Reception and Dinner.



Registered spouse/guests are invited to take part in our traditional Spouse/Guest Opening Reception on Wednesday, September 25. Spouse/Guest registration also includes all food events and off-site Spouse/Guest program on September 26.



VMA holds two golf events at the annual meeting. The VMA Golf Tournament and the Twellman Skins Golf game. Everyone is welcome to play. Pre-registration for golf will be required and boxed lunches will be available for both the VMA Golf Tournament and the Twellman Skins game.



VMA also holds a Round Robin Tennis Tournament each year at the annual meeting. Everyone is welcome to play. Rental racquets will be available.



Registered attendees and Spouse/Guests are welcome to take advantage of the many Optional Activities and one-of-a -kind discounted experiences customized just for VMA attendees that highlight the Palm Beach area, it's history and natural beauty.


HOTEL AND RESORT INFORMATION - breakers sold out!!

Accommodations at The Breakers Palm Beach at group rate, is currently sold out. A waiting list is available for rooms at the discounted rate of $280 per night. To make reservations or to get on the waiting list, please call the Breakers at 1-844-479-6239, and refer to the Valve Manufacturers Association room block when calling.


The Brazilian Court, a beautiful, upscale boutique hotel, located a little over a mile from the Breakers, is offering rooms for our attendees. Please call them at 561-366-4336.   • Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable minus a 5% registration service charge.
  • Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days are 75% refundable.
  • Due to hotel and other event guarantees cancellations of registrations received between 0 – 14 days prior to the event are not refundable.
  • Substitutions for optional events will be granted up to the day before the event. Cancellations of Optional events once on site, are not refundable.
