2025 Annual Meeting will be held October 13-15, 2025 in Naples, Florida.
The Annual Meeting is the association's premier event open to members only. It delivers unparalleled networking, discussion and analysis of the most important external and internal issues being faced, and how they affect the industrial valve and flow control industry. Reduced rate group registrations are available for those from the same company.
The Annual Meeting provides the most unique opportunity in the industry to network with leaders, benchmark with competitors and business partners, and have discussions on the most pressing issues affecting the industrial valve and flow control industry – all to provide insights and contacts to help you lead your business. Expected topics this year include the energy transition; market insights in hydrogen and oil/gas, and mining sectors; implications from the 2024 US elections; global business views; economic forecasts and more. Association programs and direction are also reviewed. Networking activities local to the area, a robust spouse/guest program, and a gala membership awards and dinner round out the event.
Attendees are typically C-suite or product and department heads, up and coming leaders from VMA member companies, members who are participating on VMA and VRC Committees. We encourage all employees of VMA and VRC member companies to attend and offer a reduced rate once one person from the company registers at the regular rate.
