vma market outlook workshop

About the Program
The Market Outlook Workshop - considered to be VMA’s premier meeting - is held in August of each year. This year’s workshop will take place August 11-12, 2016 at The Omni San Diego Hotel in San Diego, CA. Attendees will hear presentations from industry leaders on the outlook for various end user markets. Additionally, attendees will receive hard information about the domestic and international economic outlook. You will return to your office with notes and PowerPoint presentations to prepare your 2017 sales and marketing forecast.
Who Should Attend
Attendance is open to any VMA or VRC member who has responsibility for sales and/or marketing. Most attendees are interested in developing business forecasts for the following year. People who have branding responsibilities may also be interested in attending.
Registration Fees
Attendee registration is open to all VMA/VRC Members. Registration fees are $625 for the first registrant from a dues paying member company. Second and subsequent registrants from the same company can register at the reduced rate of $525 per registrant. You must log in to your membership account in order to register. Your registration fee includes all food events during the workshop which includes continental breakfast, breaks, lunch and Welcome Reception.
Hotel Reservations

If you prefer to make your reservations by phone, call the hotel directly at 1-800-843-6664. Please reference the VMA Market Outlook Meeting to receive the discounted rate. Deadline to make hotel reservations is July 27th, 2016. The discounted rate is good only for the nights of August 10-12 ONLY. There is only a limited number of rooms on August 12th. Any rooms booked by attendees outside those dates are not guaranteed the discounted rate.
registration cancellation policies
- Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable, minus a 5% registration service charge.
- Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before the event are 75% refundable.
- Due to hotel and other event guarantees, cancellations received between 0 and 14 days prior to the events are non-refundable.
- All cancellations must be in writing to Malena Malone-Blevins at mmaloneblevins@vma.org.
