About the Program

The Valve Repair Council (VRC) is dedicated to providing value to its membership, not only by creating networking opportunities with valve manufacturers, but also by creating opportunities for members to participate in events that will help them to develop their own service capabilities and differentiate them in a market full of competitors.

The VRC’s Valve Repair Meeting, Tour & Exhibits, which is open to members and others in the repair industry, focuses on some of the issues specific to repairing valve assemblies and keeping them operating at peak efficiency, as well as addressing high-level concerns about what is happening in the industry, what pressures it faces and where it is headed.

 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This meeting is open to both VMA/VRC members and non-members. Anyone involved in the valve repair industry, particularly front line supervisors, are invited to attend.

 

WHO SHOULD EXHIBIT?

Any company that is a supplier to or client of the valve repair industry is invited to exhibit. Financial firms and merchant banks are also welcome. Lunch, afternoon break and evening reception on are held in the exhibit area, guaranteeing attendees multiple opportunities to view the tabletop exhibits and ensuring a steady flow of potential customers for exhibitors.

Valve Repair Tour (June 1st)

The Valve Repair Meeting traditionally has a tour of a local facility as a part of the VRC meeting experience. Advanced registration and tour fee will apply. Site for 2018 TBD.

 

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION FEES

Attendee registration is open to all VMA/VRC members and industry non-members. Registration fees are $495 for the first registration and $425 for any additional registrants. Your registration fee covers education sessions, access to the exhibit area, and all food functions to include continental breakfast, lunch, breaks, and Welcome Reception.

 

REGISTERING ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES FROM THE SAME COMPANY

You can register more than one attendee from your company at a discounted rate, as long as the first person from your company has paid the full registration fee. Registration fees are $495 for the first registration and $425 for any additional registrants. There is no limit to how many additional attendees from the same company can register. Discounted additional attendee registration fee includes education sessions, access to the exhibit area, and all food functions to include continental breakfast, lunch, breaks, and Welcome Reception.

 

EXHIBIT REGISTRATION

The Exhibit registration fees are $350 for VMA/VRC members and $400 for Non-members. All exhibits are table tops. Your exhibit registration fee includes two exhibit personnel from your company, your table, attendee list, lunch, afternoon break and Welcome Reception for all of your exhibit personnel. The Exhibit program is one day only. Exhibit registration fees do not include the Valve Repair Tour or education meetings.

 

HOTEL RESERVATIONS 

Discounted hotel rates will be available for this meeting. Accommodations TBD.

 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable, minus a 5% registration service charge.
  • Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before the event are 75% refundable.
  • Due to hotel and other event guarantees, cancellations received between 0 and 14 days prior to the event the day are non-refundable.
  • All cancellations must be in writing to mmaloneblevins@vma.org. Substitutions can be made until May 27th.
