VMA MARKET OUTLOOK WORKSHOP

About the Program

The always popular and well-attended Market Outlook Workshop is held in August of each year. This year’s workshop will take place Aug. 14-15, 2014 at The Langham in Boston. Attendees will hear presentations from industry leaders like Black and Veatch and Deloitte on the outlook for various end user markets. Additionally, attendees will receive hard information about the domestic and international economic outlook. You will return to your office with notes and PowerPoint presentations to prepare your 2015 sales and marketing forecast.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Attendance is open to any VMA or VRC member who has responsibility for sales and/or marketing. Most attendees are interested in developing business forecasts for the following year. People who have branding responsibilities may also be interested in attending.

REGISTRATION FEES

Attendee registration is open to all VMA/VRC Members. The registration fee is $625 for the first registrant from a dues-paying member company. Second and subsequent registrants from the same company can register at the reduced rate of $525 each. Your registration fee includes all food events during the workshop—continental breakfast, breaks, lunch and Thursday welcome reception.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Because of increased registration this year, the room block at The Langham in Boston is sold out. Click here for some alternative hotels close to The Langham, which is located at 250 Franklin Street. Because of the late date, we are unable to provide a VMA member conference rate at these hotels. 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable, minus a 5% registration service charge.


• Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before the event are 75% refundable.


• Due to hotel and other event guarantees, cancellations received between 0 and 14 days prior to the event the day are non-refundable. The meeting registration cost may credited toward another VMA meeting within 12 months.


• All cancellations must be in writing to mmaloneblevins@vma.org.
