DoubleTree by Hilton, is located on International Drive, one of the most dynamic spots in Orlando and is approximately 12 miles from the Orlando International Airport. This airport has various ride-share options including Lyft, Uber, and taxis outside the terminal baggage claims, and rides will cost around $40. Attendees can enjoy local amenities in Orlando, including a variety of restaurant options and activities, you’ll have no problem planning your evening after each day’s programming.

Typical weather for Orlando in April offers daytime highs in the low 80s, and nighttime lows in the 60s. Dress for this event is business casual.

• VMA/VRC does not accept responsibility for any "no-shows" or time spent viewing or participating in an online event. Individuals will be charged for the cost of their registration if they do not follow the cancellation policies.
• Substitutions are allowed up until 24 hours before the event begins.
• Cancellations received on or before Friday, March 14, 2025, will be refunded in full, minus a $50 admin fee.
• Cancellations received after Friday, March 14, 2025, will not receive a refund due to VMA/VRC financial obligations and meeting guarantee requirements.
• Because VMA/VRC makes financial obligations based on the number of tickets sold for networking activities, we cannot refund tickets at any time unless the networking activity is cancelled.
• If cancellation is needed due to surgery, health related issues, or COVID regardless of the date the cancellation is received, a full refund will be provided, minus a $50 admin fee.
• If the event is canceled or postponed for any reason, the VMA is not liable for any hotel and/or travel arrangements you may have booked.
