About the Program

The program committee for the 2019 Valve Industry Leadership Forum have established a program for the Forum scheduled for March 28-29, 2019 at the Ritz Carlton Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Members of the program committee are Kim Beise, Dowco; Kent Fowler, Emerson/ASCO; Mike Glavin, Conval; Stephane Meunier, Emerson Automation Solutions and Matt Thiel, AUMA.


As the meeting is being held for the first time in Canada, the program will have a segment devoted to the Canadian Outlook.

Who Should Attend?

Attendance is open to senior executives responsible for managing a VMA or VRC member company and/or division of such company. We encourage our industry leaders to bring with them their management teams and emerging leaders. There will be time devoted to networking with your peers at other companies.


Registration Fees

Registration, which is limited to VMA/VRC Members only, is $650 for the first registration and $550 for any additional registrants from the same dues paying member.


Spouse/guest registration fees

The Spouse/Guest fee is $300 for each person. The Spouse/Guest fee includes continental breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, and hosted reception and dinner. There is also a spouse/guest activity on March 28th that is included in the registration fee. See program for details.

Hotel Reservations

Accommodations for the 2019 Leadership Forum will be at the Ritz Carlton Toronto. A discounted rate of $275 USD/$365 CAN is in effect for reservations until Monday, February 25. Discounted rate is effective for the dates of March 26-29th ONLY. Please note that rooms on the March 26 and March 29 are extremely limited.

Registration Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable minus a 5% administrative fee
  • Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before the event are 75% refundable
  • Due to hotel and other event guarantees, cancellations received between 0 - 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable

Substitutions and online registration accepted until March 27th After that, attendees must register onsite.
