The Valve Forum provides a cost-effective place to showcase your latest innovations in valves and actuators, new services, and equipment to valve manufacturers and end-users. Multiple functions are held in the exhibit area that do not compete with the conference program.

The Valve Forum attracts professionals in the valve, actuator, automation and flow control industries. Meet with more than 150 decision makers and buying influencers who work for industry manufacturers, suppliers and distributors
in engineering, production and assembly roles as well as leaders in marketing, sales and management.
All exhibits are either tabletops or 10x10 spaces. The exhibit fee includes one exhibitor booth personnel registration to staff the exhibit space and access to all food & beverage, as well as one six-foot undraped table and one chair. One additional exhibitor personnel registration for the exhibit hall only may be purchased for $475. Additional registrations may be purchased for the full event, including all conference programming, at the regular conference rate.
Table Top: Your company materials must be displayed on the six-foot table and kept to the immediate area behind your table. Because there is restricted space, only small signs and banners are permissible.
10’x10’ Space: In the size space, a pop up booth can be displayed.
Enhance your branding and demonstrate your position in the industry with one of our many sponsorship opportunities. Sponsors receive recognition on the event website and pre-event marketing materials which reach thousands, as well as on the event App and signage at the event. Premier Sponsors also receive their logo on the cover of the registration brochure, postcard, and e-blasts sent. To be a sponsor, a company must also have at least one person attending the event as either an exhibitor or conference registrant.
