About the Program

The VMA/VRC Annual Meeting Program Committee is already working to put together an educational program for 2018. Covering a wide range of topics, and the ever popular industry outlook for 2019, The VMA Annual Meeting is a “must attend” for VMA/VRC members.


Additionally, a social program including golf, tennis, and other outdoor activities for both attendees and spouses/guests will be available.


Who Should Attend

VMA and VRC professionals from all company divisions. We encourage leadership to bring the company's "next generation."


Registration Fees

Registration is open to VMA and VRC members only.

All registration fees include General Session Education Programs, Meet and Greet Reception, Continental Breakfasts, Spouse/Guest Opening Event, Coffee Breaks, Informal Dinner and Reception, Friday Morning Breakfast Speaker, and Closing Reception and Dinner.


Spouse/Guest Registration


Registered spouse/guests are invited to take part in our traditional Spouse/Guest Opening Reception on Tuesday, September 25th. Spouse/Guest registration also includes all food events and off-site Spouse/Guest program on Wednesday, September 26th.




VMA holds two golf events at the annual meeting. The VMA Golf Tournament and the Twellman Skins Golf game. Everyone is welcome to play. Pre-registration for golf will be required and boxed lunches will be available for both the VMA Golf Tournament and the Twellman Skins game.




VMA also holds a Round Robin Tennis Tournament each year at the annual meeting. Everyone is welcome to play. Rental racquets will be available.




We encourage all those registered for the meeting to take advantage of the specially discounted rates for group activities that will be available. Past events have included, Craft Beer tours, Historic tours, Kayaking, and a private beach event.

Accommodations at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe have been arranged at the discounted rate of $249 per night. Room block will open early June 2018.

cancellation policies

  • Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable minus a 5% registration service charge.
  • Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days are 75% refundable.
  • Due to hotel and other event guarantees cancellations of registrations and optional activities received between 0 – 14 days prior to the event are not refundable.
  • Substitutions for optional events will be granted up to 1 week before the event.
