Valve Industry Leadership Forum

About the Program

The program committee for the 2018 Valve Industry Leadership Forum have established a theme for the Forum scheduled for March 22-23, 2018 at the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City, Arlington, Virginia. Members of the program committee are Mike Davenport, Bray; Kent Fowler, ASCO; Greg Johnson, United Valve; and Matt Thiel, AUMA.

 

Presentations will include: Reshoring, with a speaker from NAM; Clean Air Act, with a speaker from the EPA; Valve Industry Economic Forecast, with a speaker from ITR; Programs available to U.S. Manufacturers, with a speaker from the U.S. Department of Commerce, and a Member of Congress representing Texas (invited). More details to come.

 

As the meeting is being held in your nation’s capital, the program will highlight current government activities affecting the valve industry


Who Should Attend?

Attendance is open to senior executives responsible for managing a VMA or VRC member company and/or division of such company. We encourage our industry leaders to bring with them their management teams and emerging leaders. There will be time devoted to networking with your peers at other companies.

 

Registration Fees

Registration which is limited to VMA/VRC Members only, is $625 for the first registration and $525 for any additional registrants from the same dues paying company.

 

Spouse/guest registration fees

The Spouse/Guest fee is $295 for each person. The Spouse/Guest fee includes continental breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, and hosted reception and dinner. There is also a spouse/guest activity on March 22nd that is included in the registration fee.


Hotel Reservations

A special discounted rate of $259 has been arranged for attendees of the 2018 Leadership Forum at the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City. To make reservations online CLICK HERE. Discounted rate only valid from March 20-23, 2018. Rooms on Friday, March 23rd are extremely limited and discounted rate is not guaranteed over the weekend. Last day to make reservations is February 27th.

 

Registration Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable minus a 5% administrative fee
  • Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before the event are 75% refundable
  • Due to hotel and other event guarantees, cancellations received between 0 - 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable

Substitutions and online registration accepted until March 16th After that, attendees must register onsite.
