About the Program

The VMA/VRC Annual Meeting Program Committee has put together a diverse educational program for the 2017 meeting in Rancho Mirage. Covering Topics such as "Micro Trends in Digital and Social Media", to "Conversations about the Relationships Between Manufacturers and Distributors, to "The Valve Industry Outlook for 2017", this annual meeting promises to be informative and timely. Social events, spouse guest social events, and golf and tennis will also be part of the activities scheduled.


Additionally social programs including golf, tennis and other outdoor activities for both attendees and spouses/guests will be available.

Who Should Attend

VMA and VRC professionals from all company divisions. We encourage leadership to bring the company's "next generation."


Registration Fees

Registration is open to VMA and VRC members. Golf, Tennis and other optional activities would be in addition to your registration fees.

Registration for Spouse/Guests


A spouse/guest is defined as a spouse or significant other who is accompanying an attendee to the meeting. Spouse/Guest registration is not intended for additional colleagues from your company.


Spouse/Guests registration fees includes the Spouse/Guest Meet and Greet, Coffee Breaks Welcome Reception, Continental Breakfasts, Celebrity Tour of Palm Springs, Informal Reception and Dinner, Friday Breakfast Speaker and Closing Reception and Dinner Gala.




VMA holds two golf events at the annual meeting. The VMA Golf Tournament and the Twellman Skins Golf game. Everyone is welcome to play. Rental clubs will be available. This year, we will be playing the Valley Course at the J.W. Marriott Desert Springs




VMA also holds a Round Robin Tennis Tournament each year. Everyone is welcome to play. Rental racquets will be available. This year, we will be playing on both clay and grass courts at the J.W. Marriott Desert Springs Tennis club.

This rate is good two days before and two days after the annual meeting, however, pre and post stay availability is not guaranteed. Rates and availability are guaranteed September 20 - September 23rd ONLY. Any upgrades or additional costs for suites are the responsibility of the attendees and may not be available at the group rate.


cancellation policies

  • Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable minus a 5% registration service charge.
  • Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days are 75% refundable.
  • Due to hotel and other event guarantees cancellations of registrations and optional activities received between 0 – 14 days prior to the event are not refundable.
  • Deadline for cancellations and substitutions for Optional Events due by September 1st.
