About the Program
Following a successful 2012 inaugural event, the Valve Repair Council (VRC) plans to hold its second Valve Repair Meeting, Tour & Exhibits in Houston. This program is a day and a half program and includes targeted sessions, each designed specifically for an audience of skilled professionals in the valve repair and rebuild industry. Join us for our 2nd annual Valve Repair Meeting Tour on June 4th and Education Meeting & Exhibits on June 5-6, 2014 at the Houston Marriott South Hobby Airport, Houston, TX.
Who Should Attend?
This meeting is open to both VMA/VRC members and non-members. Anyone involved in the valve repair industry, particularly front line supervisors, are invited to attend.
Who Should EXHIBIT?
Any company that is a supplier to, or client of, the valve repair industry is invited to exhibit. Financial firms and merchant banks are also welcome. Lunch, afternoon break and evening reception on June 5th are held in the exhibit area guaranteeing attendees multiple opportunities to view the tabletop exhibits and ensuring a steady flow of potential customers for exhibitors.
ATTENDEE REGISTRATION FEES
Attendee registration is open to all VMA/VRC members and industry non-members. Registration fees are $495 for the first registration and $425 for any additional registrants. Your registration fee covers education meetings on June 5-6, access to the exhibit area and all food functions to include continental breakfast, lunch and Welcome Reception.
Your attendee registration does not include the Valve Repair Tour on June 4. If you wish to attend the Valve Repair Tour, you can purchase an optional tour ticket when you register.
EXHIBIT REGISTRATION FEES
Exhibit registration fees are $350 for VMA/VRC members and $400 for non-members. Your exhibit registration fee includes your table, attendee list, lunch, afternoon break and Welcome Reception for all of your exhibit personnel. The fee does not include the Valve Repair Tour on June 4 or education meetings June 5-6.
If you need to register a third exhibitor representative, you can do so for a registration fee of $90.
If you are an exhibitor, and you wish to attend the Valve Repair Tour on June 4 or the education meetings, you can purchase an optional ticket for each additional event when you register.
VALVE REPAIR TOUR - JUNE 4 THIS TOUR IS CLOSED
The VRC has made arrangements with Furmanite, Pentair and United Valve to tour their facilities during the afternoon of June 4 from 1:00 – 5:30 pm, with a dinner and reception generously sponsored by United Valve from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.

United Valve Through alliances and partnerships with 28 of the world’s top valve manufacturers, United Valve provides factory-authorized valve modifications and repair to a broad spectrum of distributors and end users.
In addition to your registration fee, the Valve Repair Tour fee of $50 includes your transportation to and from the facilities and dinner and reception generously sponsored by United Valve.
The tour departs from the hotel and will return about 7:00 pm. Advanced registration and tour payment is required upon registering. There will be no tour tickets sold on site.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable, minus a 5% registration service charge.
- Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before the event are 75% refundable.
- Due to hotel and other event guarantees, cancellations received between 0 and 14 days prior to the event the day are non-refundable.
