Curtiss-Wright Establishes QualTech NP

Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Company (CWFC)
announced the establishment of a new business unit, QualTech NP, as part of its
long-term commitment to serve the unique needs of the nuclear power industry.
QualTech NP will combine three of the company’s nuclear power businesses:
Trentec (based in Cincinnati, OH), Scientech’s EGS Products Division (based in Huntsville,
AL) and NETCO (based in Kingston, NY). It will become part of CWFC’s Nuclear
Group. Kurt Mitchell, formerly with Scientech, will serve as QualTech NP’s
