HOTEL INFORMATION:
VMA has negotiated a special room rate of $125 single/double per night at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center, 201 Lafayette Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70801. The cut-off date to receive this rate is Wed., Oct. 6, 2010. There are two ways to register:
- Go to the VMA Special Group Registration page set up for our event by the Hilton Batron Rouge Capitol Center.
- Or, you can call the hotel directly at 225-344-5866 and request the VMA group rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund on registration cancellations received before Sept. 28, 2010; 75% refund on cancellations received by Oct. 5, 2010. Due to hotel and other meeting guarantees, no refunds thereafter. Substitutions are accepted anytime, but please advise of name changes no later than Oct. 22, 2010 so that badges can be prepared and ready to hand out at the event. Thank you!
