The Valve Repair Council invites you to exhibit at our June 7, 2018 program. Open to both members and non-members of VMC/VRC. This table top exhibit program is a great way to get exposure for your company and connect with mid-to-senior level management, engineering and technical personnel from valve repair/valve manufacturing companies. Any company that is a supplier to, or client of, the valve repair industry is encouraged to exhibit. Financial firms and merchant banks are also welcome.

GREETINGS EXHIBITOR!

The Valve Manufacturers and Valve Repair Council invites you to participate in our 2018 Valve Repair Meeting, Tour and Exhibits. The exhibition portion of the seminar takes place on June 7th and is open to table top displays ONLY.  We know that traffic is important to you, so we’ve scheduled the attendees’ lunch, afternoon break and the Welcome Reception in the exhibit area to guarantee maximum traffic for your company!

A give-away of an Apple Ipad Mini to the attendee who visits the most exhibits will also be held in the exhibit area at the conclusion of the Welcome Reception to encourage more interaction throughout all the food events

 

WHO SHOULD EXHIBIT?

Any company that is a supplier to, or client of, the valve repair industry is invited to exhibit.  Financial firms and merchant banks are also welcome.  Lunch, afternoon break and evening reception on June 7th will be held in the exhibit area guaranteeing attendees multiple opportunities to view the tabletop exhibits and ensuring a steady flow of potential customers for exhibitors.

 

WHO IS ATTENDING?

Mid-to-Senior level management, engineering and technical personnel and anyone involved in the valve repair industry, particularly front line supervisors from the valve repair industry.

 

SCHEDULE

9– 11:45 pm                       Exhibitor Set-up

12 pm – 1:30 pm               Luncheon in Exhibit Area

2:15 – 2:45 pm                  Afternoon Break in Exhibit Area

5:30 – 6:30 pm                  VMA/VRC Hosted Welcome Reception

6:30 – 7:30 pm                  Exhibit tear-down

 

DOES YOUR COMPANY QUALIFY?

 

All Valve Manufacturers Association and Valve Repair Council members are eligible to exhibit and

  • U.S. and Canadian based companies that manufacture
  • U.S. and Canadian based companies that manufacture products or provide services for these manufacturers.
  • OEM-certified valve repair and maintenance facilities located in the U.S. or Canada
  • Distributors/channel partners are now eligible to exhibit as long as they are displaying at least one product line from a VMA member.

 

EXHIBITOR MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT


 A non-member company can only exhibit at two programs as a non-member.  After two programs if they do not become a member of VMA/VRC they can no longer exhibit.  This requirement refers to participation in two different VMA programs (such as Valve Basics, and Knowledge Forum). It does not apply to two of the same program (such as exhibiting in two Valve Basics programs)

 

 

EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

 

Exhibitors will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis subject to the approval of VMA. Display items permitted are product samples and literature. Electricity will be made available as well as internet services through the hotel.  These services are not part of your registration fee and will come with an additional charge.

 

Display items that have motorized parts or use video accompanied by audio is not permitted. Supplier participation is limited to the hours of the exhibit.  No hospitality suites are permitted. Candy or mints given away at your table is allowed, but please no bottled water, soda or food is to be brought in from outside the hotel.

 

Multiple companies MAY NOT exhibit at the same table. 

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION?

Your exhibit registration fee includes your table, attendee list, lunch, afternoon break and Welcome Reception for all of your exhibit personnel for June 7th ONLY.  Remember, you get one exhibit representative complimentary with your exhibit registration fee, for a total of two that can attend for the price of one!

The exhibit registration fee does not include the Valve Repair Tour on June 6 or the education meetings on June 7-8.

 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Exhibit registration fees are $350 for VMA/VRC members and $400 for Non-members.  If you are a member of VMA/VRC you must sign in to your membership account to receive the member discount.  If you don’t remember your username or password, or are not sure if you or your company are members, please call Simone Roper t 202-331-8105 ext. 307 or email sroper@vma.org

Your exhibit registration fee includes your table, attendee list, lunch, afternoon break and Welcome Reception for all of your exhibit personnel.  Remember, you get one exhibit representative complimentary with your exhibit registration fee, for a total of two that can attend for the price of one!

If you need to register a third exhibitor representative, (over the two included in the registration fee) you can do so for an additional registration fee of $95.

If you wish to attend the tour on June 6th and/or the education meetings, on June 7 & 8 you can purchase optional tickets that will allow you to attend these events.

 

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE EDUCATION MEETINGS on JUNE 7 & 8?

If you wish to have an exhibit representative attend the education meetings, you can purchase a ticket to attend along with your exhibitor registration.  Education Meeting Admission Tickets are discounted for exhibitors at $425 per person.

 

HOW DO I SIGN UP TO TAKE THE VALVE REPAIR TOUR ON JUNE 6th?

If any exhibitor representatives wish to attend the Valve Repair Tour, you must purchase a ticket for the tour along with your registration.  Tickets are $50.00 and include transportation to and from the tour. Advanced registration is required and there will be no tickets sold on-site.  Each exhibit representative must have a ticket to attend the tour event.  See program brochure or website for the tour schedule.

 

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Accommodations for the 2018 Valve Repair Meeting Tour and Exhibition have been arranged at the discounted rate of $159 single/double at the Sheraton Houston Brookhollow.  Rooms at discounted rate from Tuesday, June 5 to Thursday, June 7 ONLY.  To make reservations by phone, please call 1-800-325-3535 and mention you are calling for the Valve Repair Meeting.  To make reservations online CLICK HERELast day to take advantage of the discounted room rate is May 21, 2018.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

  • Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable, minus a 5% registration service charge.

  • Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before the event are 75% refundable.

  • Due to hotel and other event guarantees, cancellations received between 0 and 14 days prior to the event the day are non-refundable.

  • All cancellations must be in writing to mmaloneblevins@vma.org.

  • Substitutions are allowed.  Please advise mmalonblevins@vma.org  of all substitutions so verification of payment and badge revisions can be made.
