As part of the annual Manufacturers Workshop, participate in a tour of a lean facility in order to see first hand the implementation of lean principles. Visit two of the John Deere facilities, including Engine Works where the four largest diesel engines that Deere manufactures are machined and assembled. Also, explore lean concepts during in-depth exercises, discussions and hear from experts in this field.
