VMA manufacturers workshop & TOUR



About the Program

The VMA Manufacturers Workshop is designed to assist managers, supervisors, and team members with a functional understanding of the key leadership skills needed to facilitate and sustain a lean culture in their company. This workshop is held in various states across the U.S. An in-depth tour illustrating the theme of the workshop, is an integral part of the workshop experience and all attendees are encouraged to participate in the full-day tour as well as the day ½ workshop.


The workshop speakers will include several assessment instruments, realistic case studies, and multiple opportunities to interact with other participants on a variety of tasks directly related to the topic at hand. Come prepared to roll up your sleeves and jump into the workshop with both feet!


Who Should Attend?

Mid-to Senior-level management, engineering and manufacturing personnel from VMA and VRC member companies.

Registration INFORMATION

Registration is open to VMA and VRC members only Registration fees are $590 for the first registrant from a dues paying company, and $540 for subsequent registrants. Your registration includes continental breakfasts, breaks and Welcome Reception as well as a copy of all speaker presentations and handouts.



The tour of the associated manufacturing facility has a separate ticket fee of $75 in addition to your registration fee. The ticket fee includes transportation to the facility and lunch.


Cancellation PolicY

Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable, minus a 5% registration service charge.


Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before the event are 75% refundable.


Due to hotel and other event guarantees, cancellations received between 0 and 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable.


Substitutions for cancellations can be accepted. Any changes or registrations after that date will need to be made onsite.
